The story
Hand-forged American iron.
O.W. Lee has been a family business since 1947, and it still works like one. Frames are cut, bent and welded by hand, then finished in small batches — which is why two pieces from the same collection feel related rather than identical.
The house material is wrought iron and heavy-gauge aluminum, chosen because a forged frame can be re-welded and re-finished decades later. Cushions are built on the same premise: replaceable, not disposable.

Craftsmanship
How it's built.
The details that decide whether a piece still looks right in year ten.
- Forging
- Solid stock heated and shaped by hand, then welded frame by frame.
- Finish
- Multi-stage powder coat over prepared metal for real UV and chip resistance.
- Comfort
- Deep-seat geometry developed around actual sitting, not a catalog silhouette.
- Service
- Frames can be refinished and cushions rebuilt rather than thrown out.
